Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OneiPost, a social media scheduling and publishing workspace operated from Mumbai, India (“OneiPost”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service
OneiPost provides tools to plan, schedule, and publish content to connected social and messaging platforms, manage media, and (where enabled) invite team members. Features depend on your active plan and third-party platform availability.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and any workspace you administer.
- You must have authority to connect social accounts and to use any content you upload or schedule.
- We may suspend accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Plans, fees, and payments
- Paid plans (such as Starter, Growth, or Business) are described on our website and confirmed at purchase or onboarding.
- Fees may be collected via our payment partners or through assisted onboarding (for example WhatsApp confirmation). Taxes may apply as required by Indian law.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscriptions renew for the same period until cancelled.
- Non-payment may result in suspension or limits on the workspace until dues are cleared.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use OneiPost to:
- Violate platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law;
- Send spam, malware, or deceptive content;
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other customers’ data;
- Resell access in a way that breaches your plan or our written agreement.
6. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other providers. Their APIs, policies, and outages are outside our control. We are not liable for posts rejected, delayed, or removed by those platforms.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service (including scheduling and publishing to accounts you connect). You represent that you have the rights needed for this use.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, plans, or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneiPost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost revenue from missed posts). Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal risk. Provisions that should survive (including payment obligations, IP, and liability limits) will survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
