This Privacy Policy explains how OneiPost (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website and social scheduling service. We process data in connection with our operations in Mumbai, India.
1. Who controls your data

2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), organisation/workspace details, and role.
- Billing data: plan selected, payment status, invoices or payment references from our payment partners, and related support notes. Card details are handled by the payment gateway; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Service data: connected channel metadata, scheduled posts, media you upload, and usage logs needed to run the product.
- Support communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, and call notes when you contact us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies required for login, security, and basic analytics.
3. How we use information
- To create and secure your account and deliver scheduling features;
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and issue invoices or receipts;
- To provide customer support and send service notices;
- To improve reliability, security, and product quality;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Connected social platforms
When you connect Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, or other networks, those providers share tokens and profile data needed to publish on your behalf. Their privacy policies also apply. You can disconnect channels from the workspace; we then stop using those tokens for new publishes.
5. Sharing
We may share data with:
- Payment gateways and banks to complete transactions;
- Hosting, email, and infrastructure providers under contract;
- Authorities when required by law;
- Professional advisers under confidentiality.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and security. Optional analytics or install (PWA) related storage may be used to improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break login.
7. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained where the law requires.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.
9. Your choices
- Update profile details in the workspace settings where available;
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@oneipost.com;
- Opt out of non-essential marketing messages (service emails may still be sent).
10. Children
OneiPost is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
11. International transfers
Infrastructure or subprocessors may process data outside India. Where we do so, we take steps appropriate to protect the information consistent with this policy.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
